&Leo is a resident-only application that makes Leopalace21 rooms more convenient and comfortable. We have a menu that can be used for "convenience" and "advantage".

Residence

The pre-existing damages report
You can easily report scratches and stains that existed before moving in from the app.

The Report of Damages Before Entering the Room is used to verify the difference on the state of the room before the tenant entered the room and after the tenant leaves. If there is any spot in the room that you are worried that may be considered as damage or stain, Submit it within the first month starting from the day of the contract using the "&Leo" smartphone App.

  • If there are no abnormalities or areas of concern, there is no need to submit this form.
  • For damages or malfunctions that require repair, please apply separately from the "Equipment Repair Request Form".
  • Please note that menu names, layout, and services are subject to change without notice. Please be forewarned.

If you do not have a smart phone, you will need to submit the form in writing. Please submit it at the nearest management center or by mail.

Install the "&Leo" app

  • iOS ver.10.0 or newer. Android OS ver.4.4 or newer.
  • Note:
    • You will need your LEONET ID and password to log in.
    • Please note that this application may not be available for some smartphone models, even those with compatible OS. We hope for your understanding.
    • Packet communications will occur when downloading and using the resident-only smartphone application "&Leo". Packet communication fees are the responsibility of the customer.

1. There is a 2D code on the back of the LEONET registration confirmation form.

2. In the "&Leo" application, select "Initial Settings" ⇒ "Read 2D code" to start the camera and read the 2D code.

3. Your contract information will be reflected, please check before registering and changing / registering your LEONET ID and password.
