Contract Method

You can make a contract from "&Leo" (smartphone app, website, Life Stick app). You can use it on the same day after completing the procedure.

  • For those who wish to pay using the rent payment method (withdrawal from bank account) under a corporate contract, is required to make a contract at the Leopalace Center (branch).
  • The resident-only smartphone app "&Leo" is only compatible with Android devices.
  • You can only contract the Light Plan at the branch responsible for the room contract.

Cancellation Method

The contract can be terminated through the "&Leo" app.(smartphone app, website, Life Stick app).

For [LEONET Points] or [credit card] payments, if the procedure is performed until before the last 3 days of the month, the contract will be terminated at the end of the current month. For [automatic debit with the room rent], the contract will be canceled at the end of the following month.
If the procedure is performed on the last 3 days of the month for [LEONET Points], [credit card] and [automatic debit with the room rent], the contract will be over canceled at the end of the following month.
For [convenience store], when the payment is not confirmed for the next month's fee during the contract, the contract will be over automatically.

For the Light Plan signed for a room under a company contract, the responsible for the contract in the company can apply for the cancellation by visiting or contacting the branch by phone or e-mail. The contract will be over on the following month after the request is processed.

  • For the cancellation of corporate contracts with [automatic debit with room rent], the responsible for the contract in the company can apply for the cancellation by visiting or contacting the branch by phone or e-mail. The contract will be over on the following month after the request is processed.
  • The option on the "&Leo" smartphone app. will only be available for Android OS devices.
  • If the fee for the optional services were included in the room initial fees (direct debit or invoice payment), or if the amount was paid in advance for the entire contract period, the service can not be cancelled separately and will only be cancelled along the contract of the room.

Optional Service Contract, Cancellation Method with Life Stick

STEP 1

Launch the "&Leo" app from the home screen.

STEP 2

Select "オプション契約(Optional Contract)".

STEP 3

Select the desired optional plan from "未契約オプション(Optional Uncontracted)".

STEP 4

Proceed to the bottom of the screen and select the "契約に進む(Proceed to Contract)" button.

STEP 5

Select the payment method. It can be choosen from the [credit card], [automatic debit with the room rent], [convenience store] or [LEONET points] options.

  • For "convenience store" payments, the account must have a mobile phone number (number starting with 070, 080, or 090) registered.

STEP 6

Register your credit card. After entering, select the "確認(Confirm)" button.

STEP 7

Please read the notes about the contract precautions and select "次へ(Next)".

STEP 8

This is an explanation screen for important matters based on the Telecommunications Business Law. After confirming the contents, select "確認(Confirmed contents)" and then select "次へ(Next)".

STEP 9

Payment will be made with LEONET points or credit card for daily use from the date of subscription to the end of the month. Select the "契約する(Contract)" button.

STEP 10

Please enter the "パスワード(password)" created by the customer.

STEP 11

The procedure is complete. You can use the plan contracted from the same day.

STEP 6

Confirm the information regarding the guarantor company fee and initial payment, then select the initial payment method.

  • Option is not available corporate contracts.
  • For "convenience store", the payment must be completed to start the contract. For "convenience store" payments, the account must have a mobile phone number (number starting with 070, 080, or 090) registered.

STEP 7

A screen explaining the precautions for cancellation and important matters based on the Telecommunications Business Law will display. In both cases, select the "次へ(Next)" button.

STEP 8

It will be a confirmation screen of the subscription service name, the first payment method and the first payment amount. To proceed, select the "契約する(Contract)" button.

STEP 9

Please enter the "パスワード(password)" created by the customer.

STEP 10

The contract procedure is complete. The plan can be used on the day of the contract.

  • For "convenience store" payments, the payment must be completed and processed at the convenience store to start.

STEP 6

Select the convenience store where the payment will be peformed.

  • To select "convenience store" payments, the account must have a mobile phone number (number starting with 070, 080, or 090) registered.

STEP 7

Confirm the payment details and select "Next".

  • The payment details will vary according to the convenience store chosen for the payment.

Please read the notes about the contract and select "次へ(Next)".

The request has been received. Inform the voucher number at the convenience store and complete the payment. The plan can be used once the payment is processed.

  • The number of the voucher will be different depending on the convenience selected for the payment.

STEP 13

To continue using the service on the following month, select the optional plan from the [ongoing contracts] menu, generate and complete the payment for the next usage to keep the same contract.

  • If the payment is made on the last day of the current contract, it takes up to an hour for the service information to be updated.

Precautions when canceling

For [LEONET Points] or [credit card] payments, if the procedure is performed until before the last 3 days of the month, the contract will be terminated at the end of the current month. For [automatic debit with the room rent], the contract will be canceled at the end of the following month.

STEP 1

Enter your LEONET ID and password and select Login.

STEP 2

If there is an optional service under contract, it will be displayed in [*1].
Unsubscribed options can be selected from [*2].

In case of contract

confirming the details, proceed with the contract by selecting the payment method between [credit card], [automatic debit with the room rent], [convenience store] or [LEONET points].

  • The automatic debit with the room rent will not be available for corporate contracts.
  • For "convenience store", to continue the contract on the following month, the following month payment must be completed within the contract period. The account must have a mobile phone number (number starting with 070, 080, or 090) registered to generate the payment.

In case of cancellation

When selecting the ongoing plan contract, the details regarding the cancellation of the contract will be displayed. Please, confirm the contents and select the "Cancel" button.
For [Convenience Store] payments, the contract will be automatically cancelled if the payment for the usage of the following month is not confirmed.

The optional services can only be purchased through Android devices. For iOS and other devices, please use the Tenant exclusive website "&Leo".

STEP 1

Select [Option confirmation・procedures], [Option contract procedures], and select a preferred option plan.

STEP 2

Select an option to contract.
Check the details and select "契約へ進む(Proceed to contract)".

STEP 3

The contract will be performed by selecting a payment method from credit card, autometic debit with the room rent payment, convenience store or LEONET points.

  • Direct debit of rent payment is not available for corporate contracts.
  • For "convenience store", to continue the contract on the following month, the following month payment must be completed within the contract period. The account must have a mobile phone number (number starting with 070, 080, or 090) registered to generate the payment.

STEP 1

Select [Option confirmation, procedures], [Option confirmation change payment method].

STEP 2

When selecting the ongoing plan contract, the details regarding the cancellation of the contract will be displayed. Please, confirm the contents and select the "Cancel" button.
For [Convenience Store] payments, the contract will be automatically cancelled if the payment for the usage of the following month is not confirmed.
