How to purchase Leonet points

LEONET points (1 point = 1 yen) are points that can be used when using paid services of LEONET. You are able to use on the payment of the Optional Services from LEONET and our Shopping Site.

  1. Launch the [& Leo] app from the home screen.

  2. Select [LEONETポイント購入(Purchase LEONET points)].

  3. Details are listed for LEONET point purchase. Select the [購入する(Buy)] button.

  4. The contents based on the Fund Settlement Law are described. Select the [同意して購入(Agree and Buy)] button.

  5. Enter the number of points to purchase and select the [支払方法選択(Select payment method)] button.
    *You can buy up to 300.000 points per purchase.
    ※コンビニ決済:Convenience store settlement/登録クレジットカード:Registered Credit Card/新規クレジットカード:New Credit Card

  1. After selecting the payment method with new credit card, enter the password and register the credit card information. After selecting the [確認(Confirm)] button, check the contents and select the [契約(Contract)] button. Please wait up to 1 hour for the points to be reflected.

  1. Select the desired convenience store. Here, we will proceed using [セブンイレブン(Seven-Eleven)] as an example.
    ※ローソン:Lawson/ファミリーマート:Family Mart

  2. Please check the payment notes. After confirmation, select the ｢次へ(Next)｣ button.

  3. Confirm your purchase and select the ｢購入する(Buy)｣ button.

  4. Enter your password and select the ｢入力(Enter)｣ button.

  5. Write down the ｢払込票番号(payment slip number)｣ and pay at a convenience store. Please wait up to 6 hours after payment until the points are reflected.

  1. The number of points you currently have and the number of points you will purchase will be displayed. Select the ｢確認(Confirm)｣ button.

  2. Enter your 16-digit prepaid number in [プリペイド番号(Prepaid Number)] and select the [お支払を行う(Pay)] button. Please wait up to 24 hours for the points to be reflected. ※ Payments cannot be made using the [ウェブマネーウォレット(WebMoney Wallet)].

※ You can only purchase from the resident-only smartphone app &Leo " on Android devices.
The tenants who use iOS devices can only purchase from the resident-only website "&Leo".
※ Please note that the time until it is reflected varies depending on the payment method.
※If the purchased points are not reflected on the screen, disconnect and reconnect the Life Stick to restart.
