In some types of inspection or replacement of appliances a maintenance company will need to enter the room and the tenant must present. We ask your cooperation when necessary.

Important notes

Maintenance and repair orders provided due to problems and damages caused by the tenant's negligence or carelessness will be charged accordingly.
This also applies to repair to appliances or installations that were not being used as recommended or allowed.
The visit fee may also be added to the charge.
Visit fee base price: ¥3850 (tax included)

  • The visit fee price will vary due to transportation/service, time and urgency.
  • Service prices are target of the national 10% consume tax. If the prices are different altered in the total, the calculation may have added the tax.
  • Tax value since September 2021 until this publication.

[Example of charged services]

  • The tenant bumped into a furniture which fell and broke the window glass.
  • The tenant used a screwdriver to clean the frost in the installed refrigerator, damaging it and now the gas inside is leaking.
