Residents with a corporate contract must initialize Life Stick
Please initialize the Life Stick device when you move out.
Initialization method
Perform the procedure from ｢設定(Settings)｣→｢ストレージとリセット(Storage and Reset)｣→｢データの初期化(Initialize data)｣at the bottom of Life Stick home screen.
※Customers who have subscribed to the LEONET optional service should cancel the optional service in advance before initialization.
About LEONET ID & Password and LEONET point balance when relocating to another Leopalace apartament or leaving.
[LEONET ID and password] and [LEONET points] registered before relocating can be used in another Leopalace apartment. Also, other services as below are available with LEONET points even after leaving.

※However, [LEONET ID and password] and [LEONET points] would be expired if you do not use for 90 days after moving out.
※If the transfer operation is made within 3 days at the end of the month, the optional services may not be updated.
In addition, regarding the option contracts after the transfer, it may not be possible to re-contract the plan that you have contracted until now. We hope for your understanding.
